Who is Macanoma?

Macanoma offers bespoke software platforms. To contact Macanoma or view demos of her products, you need to fill in a form with your personal data. Macanoma uses your personal data so that it can offer its services to you and fulfil its obligations towards you.

In order to provide Macanoma services to you, you will provide certain information to Macanoma, as described below. Macanoma handles all information obtained with care and confidentiality.

When sending the contact form, you will provide information to Macanoma. The data required for submitting the service form consists of:

In addition to the data that is requested from you within the environment of the service, Macanoma needs certain data from you in order for the technical aspects of the service to work, for example the correct display of web pages and the security of the platform. This data is automatically collected by Macanoma in an anonymous manner when you or your employee use the SaaS service. The information collected for this purpose consists of the IP address, the type of browser, the computer system you use, your account number and the pages visited in the platform.

What are cookies and how does Macanoma use them?

Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are stored on the hard disk or in the memory of your computer, tablet or mobile phone (hereinafter: "Device") when you visit the website. Macanoma only forwards your data to third parties in order to be able to fulfil its obligations towards you.

Automatically generated information, for example through cookies, that Macanoma collects for statistical purposes (operation of the website, marketing) and the security and improvement of the website are always anonymous and can be provided to third parties insofar as they cannot be traced back to a person. 

Macanoma may also provide your data to third parties if it is obliged to do so by law and regulations, if it is forced to do so as a result of a lawsuit and/or if it deems this necessary to protect its own rights.

How long does Macanoma keep your personal data?

Macanoma will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data is collected. Macanoma will delete the data you provide during your use of the services after a period of 5 years.

What are your rights?

Under the privacy legislation, you have a number of rights as a data subject. This section of the Privacy Policy sets out the rights involved and how you can exercise them. A request can be sent to info@mrrmadeeasy.ai.

In response Macanoma will try to respond to your requests as soon as possible and in any case within one month. However, there is a possibility that Macanoma will need more time. If that is the case, Macanoma will inform you before the end of the month referred to above. The additional time will not exceed two months.

To ensure that the information you request really belongs to you, Macanoma asks you to send a valid ID. 

There is a possibility that Macanoma will reject a request from you, for example because your request is unfounded or excessive or because Macanoma cannot or does not have to comply with your request (legally). Macanoma will also notify you of a rejection. Furthermore, there is a possibility that Macanoma will ask you to identify yourself before your request is processed.

Macanoma would also like to point out that, in the event that Macanoma rejects a request from you, you have the right to file a complaint with the European Data Protection Authority.

Right of access: You have the right to submit a request to find out whether Macanoma processes personal data relating to you. If this is the case, Macanoma will provide you with a copy of the personal data collected about you in accordance with the law.

Right to rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. If possible, you also have the right to provide additional personal data in order to complete the collection of your personal data.

Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request the deletion of (certain) personal data relating to you (the right to be forgotten). If your request is granted, Macanoma will delete the personal data in question.

Right to restriction: You have the right to request the restriction of your personal data. This means that, if the request for restriction is granted, Macanoma will not further process your personal data during the term of the restriction unless this is permitted by law.

Right to object: You have the right, under certain circumstances, to object to the processing of your personal data, for example if Macanoma processes your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest. If you object, Macanoma will balance your privacy interests against Macanoma’s business interests. If your interest outweighs your interest, Macanoma will not process your personal data any further.

If your personal data is used for direct marketing, you can object to the processing at any time. In that case, Macanoma will no longer process your personal data for that purpose.

Right to data portability: You have the right to submit a request for data portability. Macanoma will make the data covered by this right available to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to a third party.
