Our client has been using an MRR model for over 25 years. Over time, so many variations in invoicing have emerged that revenue recognition reporting, monthly growth, churn, and upselling have become very complex. For example, invoicing is done annually in advance, or based on quantities with monthly, quarterly or an annual cycle. In advance, arrears or with scales. The system invoices automatically and generates all necessary reports with just a few clicks. Customer success representatives can use an AI chat to access the exact contract data for each customer.

Our client has several functional business information systems. To enable accurate reporting across these systems, a data warehouse with a reporting tool was developed. Creating these reports themselves was too complex for most employees, and the existing reports often didn't quite deliver the desired results. Using an AI chat, employees can now request information automatically generated by the AI chat. If the request cannot be generated, development is notified to expand the query tooling. This integration has multiplied the number of information requests.

Our client wants to expand its product offering with a personal finance coach. A growing number of employees are finding it difficult to make ends meet financially, which causes significant stress and therefore impacts their productivity. This platform gives employees direct insight into their various expenses and where they can save. The system can also help with planning larger expenses and alerts them if their goals are at risk. Users have access to an AI chat to ask questions and/or receive advice directly.
